Dante Nero, a comedian, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He is a trained martial artist and tried his hand at other things before he turned to comedy. He went to SUNY New Paltz on a fencing scholarship. After that, he worked as a bouncer and exotic dancer for a phone company. In 2001, Dante did something different on stage: he did stand-up comedy. He became well-known quickly because he worked with famous comedians like Tracy Morgan and Mike Epps. He and Patrice O'Neal ran a relationship advice show on Sirius XM Radio called The Black Phillip Show. Dante has been on Chappelle's Show, The Opie & Anthony Channel, and Hot 97. Dante is a good actor who has been in shows like Z Rock on IFC, Damages on FX, and the famous show Fringe on FOX. Nero was recently in an episode of The Blacklist, a crime show on NBC.
