Michael Yo is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and television host. He is known for his humorous hosting style and has been a part of several TV shows. He is most known for being a co-host on the CBC show, The Insider. He also hosts the Yo Show on Yahoo! TV and has been a regular on the "Chelsea Lately” comedy panel. His popularity has grown with time, and his content has become more varied and unique.

Yo was also a guest host on The Talk and a pop-culture commentator on Showbiz Tonight. His special stand-up debut, "Blasian," was very well received. In addition, he starred in quite a few notable films like The Cookout 2 and Losing Control. His performance in Bling Ring, directed by Sofia Coppola, garnered positive reviews.
