The Plot

The plot opens when the stringent-faced Mayor Superba calls for a meeting. The strenuous mood starts with the call, and the theater becomes dark with the scary lighting outside.

The gloomy backdrop indicates that some serious issues have developed in the town of Big Cherry. It appears as if everyone is stuck between truth and fantasy.
