Bridgestone Arena
Not all arenas are created equally. Those who have been to Bridgestone Arena to cheer on their favorite team or hear their favorite performers know just that. Bridgestone was recently awarded Venue of the Year by the International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA) for the fifth time since its opening in 1996, and Arena of the Year twice now. In addition, Bridgestone ranks 14th in World Ticket Sales according to Pollstar, evidence of how people continue to pack into the Arena time after time. Bridgestone gives other arenas around the United States something to aspire towards.
Due to the size and acclaim of Nashville’s top arena, it has a number of amenities that offer all guests a quality experience. Amenities include the specialty suites, dining options, bars, premium seating, lounges, and more that are features at most major arenas and stadiums around the country. On top of those extras, the Arena itself is loaded with top-notch features, including state-of-the-art lighting and acoustics. These qualities make it the destination of choice for big-time performers who want to balance their appeal to big crowds with their artistic needs.
In addition to the high-end renovations that appeal to regular stadium and arena guests , it is certified sensory inclusive. After working with KultureCity—a start-up nonprofit that aims to provide resources for disabled children and create communities that support them—they were able to train staff to handle various medical conditions and create sensory bags and special viewing rooms for sensory-challenged audience members, ranging from those with dementia to autism to posttraumatic stress disorder. Updates like this have made Bridgestone Arena a more accessible venue for people who would have otherwise been unable to enjoy the performance and game experiences offered in most venues.
