Bill Bellamy

Bill Bellamy, whose real name is William Bellamy, is a popular American comedian, VJ, actor, and TV host. He was on HBO on Russell Simmons' Def Comedy Jam and came up with the "booty call" phrase. He was in movies like "Joey Breaker," "Fled,"  "Who's the Man," "The Brothers," "A Dark Foe," "The Bounce Back," and many others. He was also in popular TV shows like Cousin Skeeter, Fastlane, Men, Women, and Dogs, Castle, Insecure, Royal Pains, SWAT, and more.

Early Life

Bill Bellamy was born in Newark, New Jersey. Shaquille O'Neal is his cousin, who plays basketball.

He went to Seton Hall Preparatory School in South Orange, New Jersey, which was not far away. At Rutgers University, his major was in economics.

Career

In America, Bill Bellamy is a famous comedian. Since the 1980s, he has become more popular with his fans. He started as a regular on MTV and later became a VJ on the channel. In the movie Joey Breaker, which came out in 1993, he played the role of Ace Man for the first time. He was in the film Who's the Man? Around the same time, in the 1996 movie Fled, he played the part of Ray.

Bill Bellamy is also a well-known face on TV. From 1998 to 2001, he was in the Nickelodeon TV show Cousin Skeeter. He was in two Kenan and Kel episodes. He got his big break on the TV show Men, Women, and Dogs, which ran from 2001 to 2002. On the Fox Network show Fastlane, he acted with Peter Facinelli and Tiffani Thiessen. Buying the Cow and Chelsea Lady both had him as a guest star.

In 2007 and 2008, Bill hosted the fifth and sixth seasons of Last Comic Standing, a popular reality show on NBC. He appeared in Hot in Cleveland, released in 2014. 2016 saw the release of Kindergarten Cop 2, in which he played FBI agent Sanders.

Who's Got Joke?, hosted by Bill Bellany, was an enormous success. After that, he was in movies like Mr. Box Office, Winning Ugly, The Bounce Back, A Dark Foe, Insecure, etc. He was also in the Netflix show Self Made in 2020.

Bill Bellamy has been doing stand-up comedy since he was a freshman at Rutgers University. Before he moved to Los Angeles, he did shows at places like The Improv, The Comic Strip, and The Comedy Store in New York.
